This Paleo mango smoothie is a terrific and healthy treat for any day.This delicious Paleo friendly smoothie is a perfect pick-me-up when you need a boost.

Using all natural honey as sweetener helps give this smoothie a little more thickness but if you still find it to be a little too liquid you add some banana as well.

Give it a try the next time you need an energy boost in the late afternoon.

  • 3 Mangos; peeled, pitted, and cut into cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • 1 Tray of ice cubes


Place the ice, lime juice, and honey into the blender first. Then place the mango on top and blend until smooth.
